Hi, I am Jenn Sparano, the face behind 914 Speaks! I have my certifications as noted below and have extensive experience in working with infants, children and adolescents of all ages.

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State 
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence ( American Speech-Language Hearing Association)
• Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certificate. 
• PROMPT Trained

By creating motivating and engaging lessons that are designed to meet each client's interests and needs I am able to support their language skills and enhance their development. Through a partnership with families, I work closely to promote generalization of skills and victories. There is nothing more rewarding than watching my clients grow and succeed. 

Hi! 

My name is Alyssa and I am a co-leader of the Language and Learning for Littles Classes! I am mom of 2 little boys as well as a special education teacher. I have a Masters Degree from Pace University in Literacy and hold certifications in Childhood Education, Students with Disabilities and Literacy (birth through 6th grade). I have been teaching for 12 years and have taught all elementary grades, from kindergarten through 5th grade. I am very passionate about teaching and learning through exploration. Sensory bins, multisensory activities and read alouds are some of my favorite things to do with my students and even my own children! I am thrilled to be part of the 914Speaks team.
